Driver's license suspension, suspension of hunting and fishing licenses or other consequences for non-payment of support are based on specific criteria and non-receipt of payments. If the non-custodial parent meets the driver’s license suspension criteria, he/she will automatically be submitted.
Please understand that strict confidentiality policies will not allow Child Support Services to disclose the specific criteria for each enforcement remedy available. We are also not authorized to disclose which enforcements are currently being pursued, or which enforcements are currently in place.
