The document that she was defaulted on stated that she was to pay my legal fees.
Here is the document for people that are slow in the head.
Cora was to be assessed for court cost and legal fees.
Ryan Schuenke has been having backyard conversations with Cora Newbold.

Thank you for your inquiry.
Our records indicate that no offset payments have been received via Department collection remedies.
Our Department has no way of knowing if a non-custodial parent files an individual income tax return or if he is eligible to receive a refund until the monies are sent to us by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This is not an issue that the Department can address.
Generally speaking, once the Department of Treasury Notice of Offset letter has been received by a non-custodial parent, it may take up to 60 days for the actual monies to be received by our Department and posted to an account. For non-custodial parents who filed a joint tax return with a spouse, tax offsets can be held for up to 6-months to allow for an injured spouse claim and possible adjustment to the offset amount.
Federal guidelines and Department policy allow the Department to hold monies received from our collection processes for verification and validation. Payments collected through sources other than wage withholding are disbursed through our Department via checks from the Illinois Office of the Comptroller not through the State Disbursement Unit (SDU). Our Department does not have direct deposit capabilities at this time for Comptroller issued checks.
Payments will be mailed to your address of record. It is important that you keep all contact information, including name and address, current with our Department. Please allow time for the payment to be mailed to you.
For more information or to view payments mailed via Comptroller check, you may view your payments through your Online Services account.
I hope this response address your concerns. For general information please visit to review Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) at https://www.illinois.gov/hfs/C hildSupport/parents/Pages/FAQs .aspx
