I sent a message to the attorney general and the SDU mysteriously claimed to find cora newbolds employer. So now they have her address...

Please allow 45 business days, from date issued, for payments to begin once the withholding notice is served. This allows time for the withholding notice to be mailed, received, and processed by the payroll staff, and for the garnishment to be incorporated into the payroll cycle.
