I'm sending this to inform you that our son, Sean Tyler Heeger, will no longer be in your care. I have already made arrangements with the school so that you are no longer authorized to pick him up for the time being. I have already spoken to, and have gotten, legal advice from a licensed attorney associated with Quanada and they have informed me that in Illinois I have the Authority to do so and am well within my legal rights. From now on I will drop him off on Friday evenings at 4:30pm starting on 10/30/2020 and pick him up on Sunday afternoons at 6pm. 

 

All holidays for this year will be spent with my family no matter what day they fall on. However, in the future, holidays and birthdays can be negotiated. (new drug charges/prison sentence)

 

If you should NOT release him to me, the police will be called and you will be forced to release him. If this occurs on a regular basis or you harass me, an order of protection will be put in place and you will be forced to exchange him through a third party. Should you continue still, I will assume that you are unwilling to cooperate or negotiate and you will simply no longer be in his life.
