Privacy Issues

 The court order states that Cora is to tell me where she is living. But she never does that. HFS keeps asking me where she is. If they would have taken her drivers license away like they said they would we wouldn't be looking at this situation.

Plus the fact that she is a mental case (according to her Psych evaluation) keeps HFS and the SDU in the dark. The fact that they are all about her privacy in this corrupt state of Illinois makes things hard to narrow down and enforce.

I'm making things open and transparent due to the fact fraud may be taking place. They've been telling me that they have all of these options but they never use them. So I'm telling them that the ball is in their court  and they keep proving that the child support system is DEI and favors non-custodial mothers.

The first sentence on page 2  in that letter refers to the non-custodial parent as "he".

Favoring the bias against men.

Now it states that her employer is social security administration.

Yet the previous letters state that they don't know where she is...

The language in this letter doesn't show any proof of any investigation taking place. It only gives common knowledge of the situation. This looks like a modified form letter that is passed off as investigation.It contains no review or investigative language. They like to give the illusion that they're actually doing something.

They messaged me in order to ask me where she was living.  The sent me an e-mail before I posted that she didn't live here. They knew she wasn't here and they were lying.

So, If she doesn't remit what she owes my son in full it will be seen as a retaliation against my exposure of their careless activity and bias towards custodial fathers.

Cora, HFS and SDU have dirty hands.

This letter, along with the e-mails that have been sent to me acknowledging  that the SDU was aware of Cora Newbolds previous addresses, are for sale.

This element supports the fact that the SDU/HFS are DEI and skewed towards non-custodial mothers.

This protected speech is also supported by the citizen participation act.

A request to admit or deny will be submitted if it comes down to it in court.

I have other stuff  to post if they refuse to pay the total amount that she owes. HFS and SDU are responsible for her being behind on her support obligation.
