Account reviews are worked in the order in which they are received. There is no time frame available for the completion of any requested reviews.
Once an account review has been completed, you will be notified, in writing, of the review findings. along with the results will be a calculation worksheet showing the payments versus charges used to determine the balance owed on the order.
