After reviewing your payment information online, if you feel your account balances are incorrect and wish to request an account review, please do so in writing and forward all documents (e.g., court orders, change of custody orders, payment ledgers, or other relevant documentation) you feel may affect your account balance to:

Account reviews are worked in the order in which they are received. There is no time frame available for the completion of any requested reviews.
Once an account review has been completed, you will be notified, in writing, of the review findings. along with the results will be a calculation worksheet showing the payments versus charges used to determine the balance owed on the order.
