The language in this letter doesn't show any proof of any investigation taking place. It only gives common knowledge of the situation. This looks like a modified form letter that is passed off as investigation.It contains no review or investigative language. They like to give the illusion that they're actually doing something.
Now compare these 2 pages with this.
If I were the non-custodial parent they'd be donkey konging my ass off. That would be due to the fact that I'm a guy.
