Please provide any current, specific address information that you may have about the other parent in a response to this email. Due to a lack of any recent information, our system inadvertently updated her address to be the same as yours. This is an inherent "glitch" in our current (soon to be replaced) system and only occurred two days ago, which is why it had not yet been addressed. You may receive a notice in the mail about this issue in the next few days (if you have not already received it). Please DISREGARD ALL INFORMATION IN THAT NOTICE. I have updated her records and notified our Locate Services Unit of the issue, which will perform a nationwide search for her current address. Any information you can provide about her current address or employer could expedite this process.
