Silence is agreement

THIS IS FOR NON-CUSTODIAL FATHERS 

"Until monies are received from our collection remedies, we cannot tell you if monies will be collected through our enforcement tools. Our Department has no way of knowing if a non-custodial parent files an income tax return or if the non-custodial parent is eligible to receive a refund until the monies are sent to us by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This is not an issue that the Department can address." - State disbursement unit on 9-9-2025

Since the state disbursement unit is failing to respond to my inquiry, I must have struck a nerve.

I'll accept $70,000 as a punishment/settlement  for their reckless skewing towards non-custodial mothers.
