Once your case has been further reviewed, a Child Support Specialist will take the necessary steps to resolve your inquiry if possible. Once the review is complete, a formal response letter will be mailed to your address of record. The issued letter will provide you with further information about your case and actions taken by the Department to resolve the issue with your case.
Because every case is different, we cannot state how long it may take to resolve your inquiry, but the matter will be addressed as quickly as possible. Please understand, our Child Support Specialists are unable to change the terms of an order, or any balances ordered by the courts.
