They never bother intercepting her tax return or provide any tangible evidence that what they're telling me is true. 

just denying something is not providing me any evidence.

They value her more because she's a non-custodial "mother" than they do the stability of my son.

The second paper again stated that sean was residing with his mom which isn't true. He's sitting next to me being  home schooled and playing.

 It proves also that there is no trusted unbiased neutral 3rd party overseeing their operations. It also proves that they're convinced that they can't be held accountable.
