Here is the info regarding the charge of Felony Domestic Violence and that I grabbed my girlfriends arm. The judge Allegedly impounded and sealed the case pending the outcome. Most likely it was to help the prosecutors wipe the egg off of their face. Keep in mind that The states attorney's office is a defendant in a federal case in Springfield, Il. Lovelace (etal) v. Gibson (etal)

Next up, Felony Jaywalking!!!

They couldn't get Cora to sign an order of protection against me, so they took it upon themselves to place a no contact order on me as conditions of my bond. Another condition is that I attend a domestic violence program under Hollis Steve swinks instruction.

THAT TO ME IS A DEFACTO FINDING OF GUILT. The presumption of innocence apparently does not exist in the 8th judicial circuit in Adams County, il. I have not plead to or been found guilty of anything. Which is why I have a post conviction civil rights law firm in Chicago, Il on hot standby now.
